Habanero Mango Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
5 habanero peppers
1 mango
¾ cup chopped white onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp crushed fresh ginger
2 tbsp honey
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup water
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Peel and chop peppers and mango.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
Add to a large pan and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Let cool and transfer to storage bottles or jars.
