Delete from the app
Open Account → tap Delete account → confirm. This deletes your app account and associated data (see below).

Request by email (if you don’t have the app installed)
Email itsupport@amarano.com with subject “Account & data deletion request” and include:
• Email used in the app • Full name and company/store (optional) • Phone (optional)
We’ll verify your identity and complete the request within 7 business days.

What we delete
• Your app account and login
• Device registrations / authentication tokens linked to your account

What we may keep (and why)
• A read-only audit record of your account details and deletion time for fraud/security investigations
• Order/transaction records kept as required for legal/compliance

How long we keep retained items
• Audit record: up to 90 days, then purged from active systems
• Legal/transaction records: retained as required by law
